在Google Reader中新增Plurk噗浪的Send To連結

Google Reader目前新增了直接由Google Reader傳送到各家微網誌的功能
設定可參考[tip] 開啟 Google Reader 的 Send To 社群分享功能

不過預設的Google Reader中，沒有提供傳送到plurk的連結，因此我們可以利用自定的方式設定

Name：plurk
URL：http://www.plurk.com/?status=${url}+(${title})&qualifier=shares
ICON URL：http://www.plurk.com/favicon.ico

同樣的，參考Download Your Google Reader Stories as PDF via the ‘Send To’ Option，我們也可以加入其他不同的傳送到連結

例如傳送網頁PDF
